Healing after a breakup is probably one of the toughest obstacles you’ll ever go through. If your woman left you, as a man, you just got hit with a triple uppercut.

1. You didn’t see it coming

2. She got you where it hurts most, your pride

3. You ex girlfriend is not the same girl when you first were dating.

But all is not lost, because your pain is temporary and if you are willing to win her back, with a little time and planning…you can.

First, we need to take care of that deep empty pain that’s eating you alive. Yea, I know it hurts. You’re not the only one this has happened to. Here are some powerful tips to help heal that busted heart of yours, come out a better man, and attract your ex again.

Get Into a Fight…With Your Thoughts – It will seem like every minute of the day you’re thinking about your ex. About what was said and what you “should have” done to make things better. These types of thoughts will seriously weigh you down though out the day. It’s probably tough for you just to get out of bed. But listen up…it’s in tough times like this where the men will be separated from the boys.

Find a quiet room and set an alarm to go of in 15 minutes. Sit comfortably on a chair, close your eyes and relax as much as possible. Be aware of your thoughts and the chattering in your brain. Now slowly but surely, inhibit all of your thoughts coming in. Think about NOTHING. Fight it in a relaxed manner. This will be tough at first, but will help you tremendously. You will hit a relaxed state of “not thinking”. Remember, your thoughts are the ONLY factor causing you pain, and you will soon be able to control it. Practice this every day, preferably in the morning.

Now Really Get Into a Fight….- Physical exercise is another powerful method for mending a busted up heart…the more physical the better. It doesn’t matter how old or athletic you are, you can always do something active. First, it releases negative tension and second you will become a more attractive man. Learn something new or take on a new challenge. Join an MMA gym. I’m not kidding. It’s the newest rage right now and you get to punch a bag until exhaustion, learn the art of Jiu-Jitsu and at the same time your getting in shape. Train and run a marathon. It’s tough, prestigious and you would build your self-esteem. Now you don’t have to go to any of these extremes, but I hope you get the message. Don’t just sit around!
